Joe is an exciting and well awaited addition to the Bucs. He comes from Champlin, Minnesota and played for Anoka High School last season. In the 94/95 season with Anoka, Joe received an All Conference Honorable Mention, All State, and All Metro. His hobbies include softball, football, and (of course) friends.
